Synergy 2021

In this session, participants will learn how to leverage coaching competencies as they disciple people in the local church. We will consider Biblical examples of question-based spiritual formation as well as discover how to practice coaching principles to enhance a person's spiritual journey.

We will walk through a 3x3 mental health model to ensure you are showing up as the best version of yourself. You will leave with three frameworks to avoid the emotional pitfalls into which we can easily fall. You will be equipped with the tools to avoid drama, lead better and create better relationships.
