Stan Tharp has been the Lead Pastor of Christian Life Center in Dayton, Ohio since 1990; and he has served in church ministry and been credentialed with the Assemblies of God in Ohio for over 40 years. When it comes to challenges in the local church, and learning to “fail forward” Stan has “been-there-done-that.” He believes that far too many local church leaders get unnecessarily discouraged and leave their calling, when they can actually learn to thrive.
